I am confused with Corollary 7.1.7.15 and Corollary 7.1.7.16 . They both seem to have same condition locally Cartesian fibration condition but the the only if condition in 7.1.7.16 includes the covariant transport condition whereas 7.1.7.15 does not include that. Am I missing something? Does this mean that existence of colimits in the fiber category implies the preservation of colimits under covariant transport?

Corollary 7.1.7.15 is about locally cartesian fibrations, and Corollary 7.1.7.16 is about locally cocartesian fibrations.
