Remark 7.1.7.17. Let $U: \operatorname{\mathcal{E}}\rightarrow \operatorname{\mathcal{C}}$ be a cocartesian fibration of $\infty $-categories. In §7.3.9, we will see that questions about general $U$-colimit diagrams $\overline{q}: K^{\triangleright } \rightarrow \operatorname{\mathcal{E}}$ can often be reduced to the special case where $U \circ \overline{q}$ is a constant diagram in $\operatorname{\mathcal{C}}$ (see Proposition 7.3.9.3) which can then be studied using the criterion of Corollary 7.1.7.16.
