Then an $\infty $-category $\operatorname{\mathcal{E}}$ is $(\kappa ,\lambda )$-cocomplete (in the sense of Definition 9.2.1.3) if and only if the projection map $\operatorname{\mathcal{E}}\rightarrow \Delta ^0$ is a $(\kappa ,\lambda )$-cocomplete inner fibration (in the sense of Definition 9.2.9.4).
