The pdf has not been updated. Also, it seems to be some problem with references, since in the new Subsection 2.5.4 I see comments for some old sections.

I will look into the comments issue, it seems something went wrong with the tag assignment.

There was a conflict of labeling, which has now been resolved. The other section which was briefly assigned this tag is Subsection 2.5.4 now. Many thanks for noticing!
