There is some problem with the identity constraints: they are definesd as $2$-morphisms $\epsilon_X:id_{F(X)} \Rightarrow F(id_X)$, but in the diagrams of conditions (a) and (b) they seem to go in the opposite direction.

In the 4th bullet, "composable morphisms" should read "composable 1-morphisms".
