Another nitpick: on p. 321, there's an extra closing parenthesis at the end of the first displayed equality, which shouldn't be there.

In 2.5.6.7, the first line, "G[1]" should be "G[0]". In 2.5.6.9, before and after the first item marker, "consider allow" should be "consider allowing" and "onstant" should be "constant".
