There seem to be the following typos: • In the first paragraph of the proof it says $\tau+$ instead of $\tau_+$. • In (1), in the second and third bullet, it says $c'$ and $c''$ instead of $c_-$ and $c_+$ • In (3), in the definition of $\sigma$, there are closing parentheses missing in the cases $i=j$.
