Typo: In the proof, "We therefore have an inclusion
$\operatorname{\mathcal{C}}' \subseteq F^{-1}( \operatorname{N}{\bullet }(\mathrm{h} \mathit{\operatorname{\mathcal{D}}} ) )$" , should be   $\operatorname{\mathcal{C}}' \subseteq F^{-1}( \operatorname{N}_{\bullet }( \mathit{\operatorname{\mathcal{D}}} ) )$ (without the h).
