In the proof of 5.1.5.2, I'm not sure that the invocation of 4.4.5.8 is necessary in the statement "Using our assumption that is an isofibration, we can lift to an isomorphism of functors (Proposition 4.4.5.8)". I believe that it suffices to just directly use the fact that (rather than ) is an isofibration and thereby obtain (and ) with the desired properties.

It is not clear to me how Proposition 4.4.5.8 is actually applied in the proof. Isn't it more direct to apply Corollary 4.4.5.6 instead?
