If $X$ is discrete, then the canonical map $\mathrm{h} \mathit{(\operatorname{\mathcal{C}}_{/X} )} \rightarrow (\mathrm{h} \mathit{\operatorname{\mathcal{C}}})_{/X}$ is an equivalence of categories.
