If the $\infty $-category $\operatorname{\mathcal{D}}$ admits $\kappa $-small limits, then the converse of Corollary 9.2.5.23 is also true: a functor $\mathscr {F}: \operatorname{\mathcal{D}}\rightarrow \operatorname{\mathcal{S}}_{< \lambda }$ which preserves $\kappa $-small limits is $\kappa $-flat.
